|Mint leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Put mint into an enamelware saucepan or teapot.
Add freshly boiling water, cover tightly and steep for 3 minutes.
Strain into cups and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve with sugar to taste.
