Sparkling Iced Tea Punch
|Fresh mint sprigs||4|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carbonated water||28 Ounce, chilled (1 bottle)|
|Ice||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
Steep tea bags and mint leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Discard bags and mint.
Add sugar to tea; stir till dissovled.
Stir in lemon juice.
Pour into punch bowl or 1-gallon pitcher.
Slowly add carbonated water and ice.
