|Pineapple orange banana juice||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Chopped crystallized ginger||2 Tablespoon|
|Tea bags||4 (Regular Size)|
Using a citrus zester or a paring knife, cut strips of rind from orange.
Reserve 1/4 cup strips, discarding remaining rind.
Cut orange in half; squeeze juice from halves, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
Save remaining juice for another use.
Combine 1/4 cup orange strips, 1/4 cup orange juice, water, pineapple-orange-banana juice, and ginger in a large saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil; remove from heat.
Add tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags.
Strain tea mixture, discarding ginger.
Cover and chill.
