Green Tea Icecream

Ingredients
  Green tea 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Thick cream 300 Milliliter (1 Carton)
  Icing sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For red bean sauce
  Red bean paste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Place tea in bowl, add boiling water, stand covered until cold.
Strain tea.
You will need only 1 tablespoon tea for this recipe.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually beat in sifted icing sugar.
Add egg yolks, beat until combined.
Beat cream until soft peaks form; fold cream and tea into egg mixture.
Pour into freezer tray, freeze until set.
