Special Mint Tea

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mint flavored tea bags 8 (Regular Size)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Lemon flavored sparkling mineral water 2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled
Directions

Bring water to a boil; pour over tea bags.
Cover and steep 5 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags.
Stir in lemon juice and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in mineral water and pineapple juice.
Serve over ice.
Garnish each serving with a fresh mint sprig, if desired.
