Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add tea bags; remove from heat.
Cover and steep 5 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags.
Add cranberry-raspberry drink, sugar, and rind strips, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Strain, discarding rind strips.
Stir in orange juice.
