Perfect Iced Tea
|Tea/12 tea bags||4 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cold water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Measure tea into teapot.
Pour fresh, vigorously boiling water over the leaves.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes; stir.
Then pour brew through a tea strainer into a pitcher.
Immediately add cold water and let tea cool at room temperature till serving time.
Pour tea into ice-filled glasses.
Offer lemon wedges and sugar.
