Hot Brewed Tea
|Green tea leaves/Oolong, or black tea leaves||4 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Place tea leaves in a tea ball.
Quickly bring cold water to full rolling boil.
Meanwhile, warm teapot by rinsing with boiling water.
Place tea ball in teapot; pour boiling water into teapot.
Cover and let steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea ball.
Stir briskly before serving.
