Mint Iced Tea
|Cold water||2 Quart|
|Loosely packed fresh mint leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs), slightly crushed|
|Family sized tea bags||4|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Pour cold water into an 8-cup percolator.
Place the mint, tea bags, and sugar, if desired, in the percolator basket.
Perk for 5 minutes.
Remove the basket and let the tea cool.
