Masala Coffee

Try this simple recipe to spice up your regular tea and coffee.
  Drinking water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cloves 4
  Cinnamon stick piece 1 Inch
  Cardamom 1 , crushed
  Nutmeg 1 , crushed
  Finely chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Coffee powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar To Taste
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Boil water in a vessel.

Add cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and ginger.

Once the water boils, add the coffee powder and mix well.

Add milk to boiling water. Mix. Lower the flame to avoid spilling.

Add sugar to taste. Bring the coffee to another boil and turn off the heat.

Cover the vessel with a lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Use a strainer to filter the coffee and pour in cups.

Serve hot.

For making masala tea add tea in place of coffee powder.
