Pecan Tea Cookies
|Pecans||2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Acesulfame k||2 Packet (concentrated)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Mix all the ingredients together.
Chill for half an hour.
Shape into small balls.
Place on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 12-13 minutes until light brown.
