Hot Fruited Tea
|Cinnamon stick||4 , halved (About 3 Inch)|
|Whole cloves||1 Teaspoon|
|Whole allspice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot tea||1 Quart|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a tea ball or cheesecloth bag; set aside.
Combine hot tea and sugar in a large Dutch oven; stir in fruit juices.
Add spice mixture, and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes; remove spice mixture.
Garnish each serving with orange wedges, if desired.
