I likenutty desserts and this Hazelnut Tarts is something exceptional that I have always loved making and serving! Yeah, the feeling of biting in the coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts is just heavenly. I think to experience the feel you may want to give this Hazelnut tarts a try!
|Pastry||1 (for 24 pieces, 2 inch tarts)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Toasted hazelnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped|
Method: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
Spoon into unbaked tart shells.
Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes.
