Fancy Puff Pastry Tarts

Ingredients
  Puff pastry 8 Ounce (1 Package)
For filling
  Whipped cream/Cream patisserie 4 Tablespoon
  Fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Strawberry, Raspberry Etc)
Directions

Roll out puff pastry; cut into 5 inch squares.
Put on baking sheets.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Fold squares diagonally to triangles.
Starting at folded side, cut 1/2 inch border strip on both sides of triangle, leaving 1/2 inch uncut at the triangle point.
Unfold triangle; lift up both loose border strips, slip under one another, matching corners on base.
Attach points with water.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake pastry for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375°F.
Brush top with beaten egg, bake another 15 minutes.
Cool and fill pastry.
