Maple Tarts

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Maple flavor 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Line tart shells with a small amount of raspberry or strawberry jam.
Combine ingredients.
Fill tart shells 1/2 full with mixture (they will bake over if too full).
Bake at 350°F until toothpick comes out clean.
Ice with butter white icing with maple flavour.
