This Marion's Sand Tarts is just right for any day when you relax and want to have something to eat. A tart recipe, it is great for all those who love to have butter items in their plates!
  Flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Baking soda 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2

Sift together the flour and baking soda.
Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs.
Stir in the flour mixture.
Chill, covered, for at least 30 minutes.
Roll very thin on a well floured surface.
Cut into shapes and place on a nonstick cookie sheet.
Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until done to taste.
Cool on a wire rack.
