Pecan Tarts

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 Stick)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans To Taste
Directions

Combine the cream cheese, the 1/2 cup butter and flour in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into 21 balls.
Press each ball into a small tart or muffin cup, forming a shell.
Combine the egg, the 1 tablespoon butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
Fill each pastry shell 1/2 full.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until beginning to brown
