Lombard Green Tart

The lombard green tart is a bked vegetables tart. Super healthy and savory, the lombard green tart is flavored with dried herbs and has spinach, cottage cheese and zucchini in it. served hot or chilled, I found this recipe an intersting way to serve vegetables. you will love it too!
Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Low fat cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Zucchini 1 Medium, minced
  Celery stalks 2 , minced
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), minced (Green Part Only)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped marjoram leaves/1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Snipped thyme leaves/1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 2 Teaspoon (Fresh Leaves)
  Eggs 4 , lightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 2
Directions

Press all liquid from spinach.
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves, in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Spoon mixture into a lightly oiled 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 375°F 45 minutes.
Cut into wedges toserve.
Serve hot, or refrigerate until chilled and serve on lettuce.
