Whole Wheat Fruit Tart Filling

|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Dried currants||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Figs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut fine|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook fruits and water together over low heat for 20 minutes.
Blend in flour and cook 10 minutes longer.
Remove from heat.
Stir in oil, nuts and orange juice.
When cool, spoon into tarts made from favorite pastry and bake at 450Â° F. for 15 minutes.
