|Egg custard mix||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Graham cracker tart shells||10 Ounce (1 Package Of 6 Shells)|
|Whipped topping||1 Can (10 oz) (Pressurized Can)|
Combine custard mix, egg yolk, sugar, pumpkin, spice, milk and orange juice in a medium size saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly, to boiling; remove from heat.
Spoon into tart shells.
Chill at least 2 hours, or until softly set.
Just before serving, garnish each with whipped topping and a canned mandarin orange segment, if you wish.
