Blue Cheese Appetizer Tarts

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled (1 Cup)
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared tart shells 2
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Evaporated milk 5 Ounce
  Salt 1 Dash
  Hot sauce 2 Drop
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine blue cheese and flour; spoon evenly into tart shells.
Combine egg, milk, salt, and hot sauce; spoon evenly over blue cheese mixture in tart shells.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake at 425° for 7 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300°, and bake an additional 17 minutes or until set.
