Blue Cheese Appetizer Tarts
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled (1 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared tart shells||2|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Evaporated milk||5 Ounce|
|Hot sauce||2 Drop|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine blue cheese and flour; spoon evenly into tart shells.
Combine egg, milk, salt, and hot sauce; spoon evenly over blue cheese mixture in tart shells.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake at 425Â° for 7 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300Â°, and bake an additional 17 minutes or until set.
