Easy Pecan Tarts

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Spoon pecan mixture into tart shells.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 17 minutes.
Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves, if desired.
