|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle margarine and water over dry ingredients; stir with a fork until well mixed.
Coat an 8 1/2-inch tart pan with cooking spray.
With lightly floured hands, press oat mixture evenly over bottom of pan.
Bake at 450Â° for 10 to 12 minutes; cool completely.
