Fresh Fruit Tart

Ingredients
  Neufchatel 8 Ounce, softened
  Grated orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tart crust 1
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cointreau/Other orange-flavored liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Nectarines 2 Medium, peeled
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients; beat until fluffy.
Spread evenly over tart crust.
Combine 1/2 cup orange juice, Cointreau, and cornstarch in a small saucepan; stir over low heat until clear and thickened.
Set aside to cool slightly.
Dip nectarines in ascorbic-citric solution; drain thoroughly.
Arrange nectarines and blueberries on cheese mixture; spoon orange glaze over tart.
Chill thoroughly.
