1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the puff pastry in a circle shape.
3. Arrange the cut apple slices like in the middle of the puff pastry sheet.
4. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the apples.
5. Next, sprinkle the butter on top.
6. Pop into the oven for 20-30 minutes until the pastry puffs up.
7. Brush the apple jelly on top of the tart and let it cool.
8. Plate and garnish with mint sprig and a scoop of ice cream and serve.
