Raisin Tarts

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Line muffin tins with pastry.
Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks.
Beat well; add milk, vanilla, raisins and nuts.
Mix well; pour mixture into lined muffin tins.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cover with meringue or whipped cream, if desired.
