Fresh Fruit Tart

Ingredients
  Neufchatel cheese 4 Ounce, softened (1/2 package)
  Orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cointreau/Other orange-flavored liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Corn starch 2 Teaspoon
  Nectarines 2 Medium
  Ascorbic citric powder 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)Beat neufchatel cheese, orange rind, orange juice,sugar together till fluffy.
2)Take a small saucepan, mix 1/2 cup orange juice, cointreau and cornstarch, stir the mixture till it is clear and thick.
3)Keep it aside.
4)Further dip nectarines in ascorbic-citric solution and drain it thoroughly.
5)Place nectarines and blueberries on cheese mixture and spoon orange glaze over tart.
FINALIZING
6)Chill thoroughly.
SERVING
7)Serve it chilled.
