Java Cream Tarts

This sweet and delicious Java Cream Tarts is so irresistably good that it's sure to give your meal a grand finish! Also, this Java Cream Tarts is extremely easy to make, so simply give it a try!
Ingredients
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Strong coffee 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Baked tart shells 8
Directions

Combine flour, sugar and salt in top of a double boiler.
Add coffee and milk and mix well.
Cook over low heat, stirring con- stantly, until thick.
Pour slowly over beaten eggs, mix well and return to double boiler and cook over boiling water 3 minutes.
Add vanilla and butter.
Cool.
Pour into tart shells and chill thoroughly.
