Cranberry Tarts

This sweet and delicious Cranberry Tarts is so irresistably good that it's sure to give your meal a grand finish! Also, this Cranberry Tarts is extremely easy to make, so simply give it a try!
Ingredients
  Chopped cranberries 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Oranges 2
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Quick-cooking tapioca 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange 1
  Pie crust/Tart shells 6
Directions

Combine cranberries, orange rind, oranges, sugar, tapioca, margarine and salt.
Pour into tart shells.
Arrange orange sections on top of filling.
Bake in a very hot oven (450° F) 10 minutes: reduce temperature to moderate 350° F and bake 25 to 30 min- utes.
Makes 6 tarts.
