Apple Tart

Ingredients
For crust:
  Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apple juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
For filling
  Apples 3 Large, thickly sliced
  Apple juice concentrate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Nonfat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F

MAKING
2) To prepare the crust in a medium bowl add oats, apple juice concentrate, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.
3) Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate and press to the bottom.
4) Bake for 5 minutes.
5) To prepare the filling, in a 3-quart saucepan add apples, cup or the apple juice concentrate, almond extract, and cinnamon.
6) Simmer and stir for about 10 minutes.
7) Drain the mixture and let stand for sometime to cool.
8) In a 1-quart saucepan put remaining 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate.
9) Sprinkle gelatin over it.
10) Let stand for 5 minutes until gelatin is dissolved.
11) Cook over low heat until gelatin is softened.
12) Take off from heat and add honey to it.
13) In a small bowl add yogurt and whisk until smooth.
14) Fold it into gelatin mixture.
15) Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

SERVING
16) Decorate apples and grapes over the filling.
