2) In a saucepan add reserved pineapple syrup and water to measure 1 1/3 cups liquid.
3) Add brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
4) Cook and stir until thickened.
5) Mix butter and pineapple.
6) Let stand will cool.
7) Fill into tart shells.
8) Sprinkle Streusel Topping around edge of tarts.
9) Bake below oven center for 20 minutes until pastry is crisp.
10) Serve tarts with a topping of your choice.
