Streusel Topped Cranberry Pear Tart

Ingredients
For crust
  Refrigerated pie crust 1 , softened
For filling
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 4 Teaspoon
  Pears 4 Cup (64 tbs), peeled, thinly sliced
  Cranberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh/Frozen)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375°F adn place the cookie sheet in the middle oven rack and the pie crust in a 9" tart pan with removable bottom

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix together half a cup of sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; add pears and cranberries and toss to coat, spooning it into the crust lined pan
3. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle over the filling; place the tart on a cookie sheet and bake for almost an hour until the crust is golden

SERVING
4. Serve warm or cool
