Piquant Cheese Tart

Ingredients
  Shortcrust pastry 11 Ounce, frozen (1 Package)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated emmenthal/Gruyere cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Chopped chives 5 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika pepper 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Thaw the pastry

MAKING
2. Roll iit out on a surface dusted with flour into a circle a quarter inch in thickness
3. Line a 10" cake pan, placed on a baking sheet, with it and bake at 400° F for about ten minutes
4. Remove the tin and turn thge temperature down to 300° F
5. For the filling, in a saucepan, melt butter and fry onions in it for five minutes
6. Sprinkle flour, stir well, add milk and stir it all together; allow to boil and simmer till thick
7. Turn the heat off, add cheese, eggs, parsley, chives and paprika and pour into the pastry case
8. Bake for forty minutes tuntil golden brown

SERVING
9. serve as appropriate
