Coconut Tarts

Ingredients
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), desiccated
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1
Directions

Rub the butter well into the coconut and sugar and mix with the evaporated milk.
This is a crumbly mixture and will top about 18 tarts.
Bake in a moderate oven till the pastry is done and the topping lightly browned.
Watch carefully, covering if necessary to pre- vent the topping from browning too much.
