|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|Stewed prunes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prune juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Filling)|
|Cornflour||5 Tablespoon (Filling)|

Cook all filling ingredients, except lemon juice and cornflour, together for a few minutes.
Mix cornflour with a little cold water and stir into boiling mixture and stir until thickened.
Add lemon juice.
Cool and pour into shell.
