Prune Tart

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (homemade)
  Stewed prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prune juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Filling)
  Cornflour 5 Tablespoon (Filling)
  Salt 1 Pinch (Filling)
Directions

Cook all filling ingredients, except lemon juice and cornflour, together for a few minutes.
Mix cornflour with a little cold water and stir into boiling mixture and stir until thickened.
Add lemon juice.
Cool and pour into shell.
