Ingredients
  Apples 6 Ounce
  Short pastry 1
  Raspberry jam 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Grease a deep fireproof plate, line it with pastry.
Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam, a layer of thinly sliced apples sprinkled with brown sugar.
Bake in a hot oven until the apples are cooked and the pastry just brown.
