Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (one lump)
  Baked pie crust 1
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)
  Flour 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 dessert spoon)
  Corn flour 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 dessert spoon)
  Custard powder 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 dessert spoon)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Filling: Boil together 2 cups milk, 3/8-cup sugar and some stick cinnamon and a lump of butter.
Mix together: 1 rounded dssrtspn.
each of flour, cornflour and custard powder.
Mix this in turn with a little cold milk.
Stir in boiling mixture and cook till thickened.
Cool.
Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
