Tuna And Potato Tart

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce (1 Can)
  Seasoned mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Pastry 1 , baked (For 1 Crust 10 Inch Pie)
  Eggs 6
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook onion in butter until wilted.
Add tuna, potatoes, parsley, and salt and pepper if needed.
Spread in the pie shell; make 6 depressions in the potato mixture, drop a raw egg into each, and drizzle a little melted butter over each.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) until eggs are set.
Makes 6 servings.
