Apple Spice Tarts
|Canned apple pie filling||21 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spice cake mix||18 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Sweetened whipped cream/Whipped topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
In each of 4 greased custard cups (10 oz ea.), spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons pie filling and 1 teaspoon raisins.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions using eggs and water; spoon 1/2 cup batter into each cup.
Arrange on glass oven tray in circular pattern.
Heat 9 1/2 to 10 1/2 minutes or until tarts are done.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes.
Repeat procedure twice with remaining ingredients.
(Refrigerate batter between heating times).
To serve, loosen edge of each tart and invert onto serving plate; garnish with whipped cream.
