Chestnut Chocolate Vanilla Tarts
|Unsweetened chocolate square||1 Ounce|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned sweetened chestnut cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Instant vanilla pudding||200 Gram (1/2 Package)|
|Heavy cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Baked shallow tart shells||6 (About 4 1/2 Inches In Diameter)|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
Melt chocolate in top part of double boiler over hot water.
Combine thoroughly with butter.
Stir in vanilla.
Blend with sweetened chestnut cream until very smooth.
Beat vanilla pudding and 1 cup less 1 tablespoon heavy cream until thoroughly blended and fluffy, scraping the bottom of the bowl frequently.
Fill one half of each tart with Chestnut-Chocolate Filling and the other with Vanilla Filling.
Garnish with piped swirls of whipped cream.
