Chestnut Chocolate Vanilla Tarts

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate square 1 Ounce
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Canned sweetened chestnut cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Instant vanilla pudding 200 Gram (1/2 Package)
  Heavy cream 1 Tablespoon
  Baked shallow tart shells 6 (About 4 1/2 Inches In Diameter)
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt chocolate in top part of double boiler over hot water.
Combine thoroughly with butter.
Cool.
Stir in vanilla.
Blend with sweetened chestnut cream until very smooth.
Chill.
Beat vanilla pudding and 1 cup less 1 tablespoon heavy cream until thoroughly blended and fluffy, scraping the bottom of the bowl frequently.
Chill.
Fill one half of each tart with Chestnut-Chocolate Filling and the other with Vanilla Filling.
Garnish with piped swirls of whipped cream.
