Individual Cheese Tarts
|Bacon slices||2 , diced|
|Finely chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Pastry shells||6 , baked (about 2 1/2-in. diameter)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||6 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In small glass bowl, heat bacon and onion 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until bacon is crisp and onion is tender, stirring once; drain.
On 12-inch glass plate, arrange shells in circular pattern; into each, sprinkle bacon and onion and then cheese.
Add eggs beaten with cream; sprinkle with parsley.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Heat 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until tarts are almost set.
Let STAND 5 minutes before serving.
