How to Make a Strawberry Tart

Here is a great dessert to make with your tart shell and pastry cream! Go ahead and use other fruits if you would like! All berries work but so do kiwis, peaches, grapes or anything your heart desires!
Ingredients
  Tart shell 1 Large
  Pastry cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Strawberries 2 Pint, sliced
  Apricot jelly 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the strawberry into slices, retaining 3 to 4 whole strawberries.

MAKING
2. Fill the tart shell with the pastry cream, arrange the strawberries. Decorate the center with whole strawberries.
3. In a bowl, mix together melted apricot jelly and water, brush it over the strawberries.

SERVING
4. Cut into wedges and serve.
