1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
1. Cut the strawberry into slices, retaining 3 to 4 whole strawberries.
2. Fill the tart shell with the pastry cream, arrange the strawberries. Decorate the center with whole strawberries.
3. In a bowl, mix together melted apricot jelly and water, brush it over the strawberries.
