Fresh Fruit Tart
|Graham cracker crust||1|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Apricot preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nectarines/Peaches||2 , peeled and thinly sliced|
|Plums||2 , thinly sliced|
|Seedless grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Prepare Graham Cracker Crust except stir 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon into
the melted margarine and press crumb mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of 10-inch dinner plate, quiche dish or pie plate.
2. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the preserves and the milk on medium speed until well blended. Spread evenly over crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture.
3. Place remaining 1/4 cup preserves in 1-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 30 to 60 seconds or until hot; spoon over fruit. Refrigerate at least 4 hours until chilled.
