Fresh Fruit Tart
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Light sour cream/Dairy sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton, 1 Cup)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up (Variety Of Your Favorite)|
Heat oven to 400°.
In large mixer bowl beat butter and sugar at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (1 to 2 minutes).
Add flour, milk and almond extract; beat at low speed until well mixed.
Press dough onto bottom and up sides of 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom or 12-inch pizza pan; prick with fork.
Bake for 13 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
In small bowl stir together Light Sour Cream and sugar; spread over cooled crust.
Sprinkle with coconut; arrange fruit on top.
