Pumpkin Tarts

Ingredients
  Egg custard mix 18 Ounce (1 Package)
  Egg yolk 1
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pumpkin 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Pumpkin pie spice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Graham cracker tart shells 6 (1 Package)
  Whipped topping 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From A Pressurized Can, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

1. Combine custard mix, egg yolk, sugar, pumpkin, spice, milk and orange juice in a medium-size saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, to boiling; remove from heat. Cool slightly.
2. Spoon into tart shells. Chill at least 2 hours, or until softly set.
3. Just before serving, garnish each with whipped topping; add a canned, mandarin-orange segment, if you wish
