Tart Mutton

Ingredients
  Tart apples 2
  Cold mutton 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (cooked)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice apples but do not peel.
Use apples to line a greased 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Mix mutton with rice and pack mixture into apple-lined pan.
Dot top with butter and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.
