Almond Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
  Pastry/Made from a mix / homemade raspberry jam 1
  Creamed cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), sieved
  Eggs yolks 2
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground almonds 3 Ounce
  Soft butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Roll out pastry and cut in small rounds to line 2 dozen tiny tart tins about 1 1/2-inch bottom diameter.
Add a dab of raspberry jam to each.
Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon-spread over the jam.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
