Leftover Pastry Jam Tarts

Ingredients
  Puff pastry trimmings 1
  Jam 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

Grease a fireproof plate or tart pan.
Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 1/8 in and line the plate with it.
Spread with jam and decorate the edges.
Bake the tart in a hot oven (425° F., Gas 7) for 10—15 mins.
