Apricot Coconut Tartlets
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (All Or Part Butter Or Margarine)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Gold Medal)|
|Apricot jam||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix shortening, cream cheese, sugar, and salt thoroughly.
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Blend flour into shortening mixture.
Form dough into a ball; chill at least 3 hr.
Heat oven to 400°
Roll dough out 1/8 thick on lightly floured clot
