Apricot Coconut Tartlets

Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (All Or Part Butter Or Margarine)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Gold Medal)
  Apricot jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix shortening, cream cheese, sugar, and salt thoroughly.
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Blend flour into shortening mixture.
Form dough into a ball; chill at least 3 hr.
Heat oven to 400°
Roll dough out 1/8 thick on lightly floured clot
