Ingredients
  Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie 1
  Grated swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), scalded
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll out pastry and cut into 3-inch rounds.
Line 36 tiny (2-inch) tart pans with pastry rounds.
Sprinkle a generous teaspoonful of grated cheese into each tart.
